The Election Commission strives to ensure legal and impartial elections for the citizens of Trousdale County. The commission is comprised of five registered voters from Trousdale County who are appointed by the State Election Commisison. The five members consists of three Republicans and two Democrats, reflecting the current majority and minority political parties in the Tennessee General Assembly.
